Solid Stay with Convenient Amenities
great location security system
The location is quite good. The beach is only a minute away. The room was large and included a TV, mini-fridge, kettle, and microwave. I was also given a room with a sea view. It was a nice surprise, and the security system seemed very effective. They cleaned the room daily and restocked tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and cookies, a treat!
The rooms had limited soundproofing. I could hear people walking, closing doors, talking, and coming and going throughout the night. This unfortunately impacted my sleep quality.

The room included tea and coffee facilities and a microwave. There was also a kitchen . I was able to prepare my own meals, helpful. This setup allowed for flexible dining options. A definite plus.

Parking was available. It had an EV 22Kw charging point, a plus. Security was very good. The access system felt safe. The building was well kept. It was clean and organised.

I found a couple of things a bit disappointing. the room was quite noisy because it faced the street. Sleep proved difficult. also, the shared bathroom situation was not ideal.. there always seemed to be a queue. it was inconvenient.

The room was spacious, with a coffee table and sofa. These provided extra comfort. i found the fridge to be a definite bonus. I kept some drinks chilled. tea making facilities were a treat, helping me relax. the staff helped me with parking, which i really appreciated, and also with my luggage.
i found one minor issue, i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, though it wasn't too bad.

The hotel is near the beach. I could easily walk there. it is also close to south parade pier. This was very convenient. a bus stop is available across the street from the hotel. I found this helpful for getting around.

The rooms are kept very clean. I noticed this right away. each room has a quality tv with youtube. I could watch whatever i wanted. the room also included a persian rug. It added a nice touch to the room.

The staff were genuinely cute and always ready to assist with any requests. The room I had was spacious and well-kept providing a comfortable environment. The hotel's proximity to the seafront boating lake and pier added immense value to my visit. On-site parking availability proved convenient.
I noticed very slight wear in some areas of the hallway carpet.

excellent location helpful assistance on-site parking convenient parking
the location was excellent. i walked two minutes to reach the beach. the staff offered helpful assistance regarding nearby restaurants. on-site parking was available, operating on a first-come, first-served basis. i found this convenient (especially with an electric vehicle).
my room lacked a wardrobe. this meant i couldn't properly hang or store my clothes.
